My wife and I are doing the Houston Methodist Hospital medically-managed weight loss program. It involves meal replacement stuff and is a very low calorie diet (800 kcal/day).
Tonight, I tried making coconut pudding. I think it’s the thing that I like best so far and was easy to make:
Ingredients
1 packet of the Vanilla Pudding mix
6-7 oz of water
.5 tsp of coconut extract
It’s pretty easy, right? Just mix them all together.
